<aside> 🎯 Goal I lead the migration of all design flows from Sketch to Figma for NeN's design team. This wasn't just about switching tools—it was about making their handoff process smoother and getting the most out of the Design System crafted by Belka. Along the way, I also documented how these components should be used, when, and under what guidelines to ensure everyone was on the same page.

I orchestrated the entire migration from Sketch to Figma, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal hiccups.
Optimized NeN handoff process to make it more efficient, cutting down on misunderstandings and errors between design and development.
Integrated the existing Design System components into Figma, maintaining consistency and usability across the board.
Took a deep dive into NeN Design System components, refining them to be more intuitive and user-friendly.
Documented detailed guidelines for each component, clarifying when and how they should be used, and outlining specific rules and constraints.
Made sure this documentation was accessible and clear to everyone on the team.
Managed the project timeline meticulously to ensure we hit NeN deadlines.
Coordinated not just my work but also that of a junior colleague, guiding her through the process and ensuring we stayed on track.
